The Mezz Barrier Gamma Standard Extra Wide Safety Pallet Gate in galvanised finish is engineered for facilities requiring strong, reliable edge protection while handling wide or non-standard palletised goods. Its fully galvanised tubular frame and components provide exceptional durability and corrosion resistance, making it ideal for busy warehouses, production facilities, logistics environments and sites exposed to moisture or temperature variation.
Designed to ensure continuous fall protection, the balanced mechanical double-gate system prevents open-edge exposure at all times during loading and unloading. This “failsafe” design is fully compliant with BS EN ISO 14122-3:2016 and ensures safe one-operator use.
Available in standard inside widths of 2.0m, 2.5m, 3.0m and 3.5m, the Gamma gate offers generous clearance for wide pallets or awkward loads. With an internal depth of 1500mm and a load clearance height of approx. 1800mm, it provides a versatile solution for a wide range of industrial applications.
Constructed from galvanised tubular steel, galvanised BS EN ISO 1461 fittings, stainless-steel grub screws, and a lightweight 6063 T6 aluminium kick plate, the Gamma gate is built for longevity and minimal maintenance. Nylon pivot bushes ensure smooth, maintenance-free operation.
Delivered partially assembled, the system installs quickly using a simple bolt-down method, no welding required.
