The Green Pin® Locking Clamp ROV Shackle – GPROV5365 is a Grade 8 polar-quality alloy steel shackle, engineered for ROV, offshore, and subsea lifting operations. Featuring a white-painted body and green-painted pin, it provides high visibility underwater and is designed for in-line use only.
With a minimum breaking load of 6× W.L.L. up to 85t (and 5× W.L.L. above 85t), it performs reliably across an extreme temperature range of –60°C to +200°C. Full CAD support and certification are available to assist with engineering and subsea rigging planning.

Description
The GPROV5365 Locking Clamp ROV Shackle is specifically designed for subsea lifting, ROV operations, and offshore installation tasks. Manufactured from Grade 8 polar alloy steel, quenched and tempered, this shackle delivers exceptional strength, ductility, and low-temperature impact resistance.
The white-painted body ensures clear underwater visibility, while the green-painted pin indicates load-bearing components. Supplied without wires, the shackle allows users to design custom wiring plans for secure subsea in-line applications.
The minimum breaking load is 6× W.L.L. up to 85t, reducing to 5× W.L.L. for heavier capacities, making the GPROV5365 ideal for both medium and ultra-heavy lifting operations. The temperature range of –60°C to +200°C ensures reliable performance in extreme polar environments.
Full CAD support and certification packages (2.1, 3.1, DoC, LROS) are available to ensure complete traceability and engineering compliance for critical offshore and subsea operations.
