The Green Pin® Standard Dee Shackle with Screw Collar Pin (GPSCD) delivers a versatile, high-performance lifting solution built for strength, durability, and safety in demanding environments.
Manufactured from Grade 6 high-tensile steel, each shackle is quenched and tempered to maximise load capacity and fatigue resistance. The hot-dip galvanised finish provides long-term protection against rust and corrosion, ensuring reliable use in outdoor, marine, and industrial conditions.
The screw collar pin design allows for quick and secure assembly, making it ideal for applications where shackles are frequently connected and disconnected. Conforming to BS EN 13889 (0.5 t – 25 t) and meeting the US Fed. Spec. RR-C-271, Type IVA, Class 2, Grade A, the GPSCD range guarantees consistent global compliance. Models rated 2 t and above also meet ASME B30.26 standards.
Each shackle provides a Minimum Breaking Load (MBL) equal to 6× the Working Load Limit (WLL), offering superior safety margins. Operating effectively between –40 °C and +200 °C, the Green Pin® Dee Shackle is engineered for reliability in extreme conditions.
