Built around a robust three-point loading principle, the Steerman SX and S systems provide stable, controlled movement of heavy equipment such as production machines, steel fabrications, plant components, and construction assemblies. For unusually bulky loads or those with an unfavourable centre of gravity, the system can also be configured into a four-point setup, offering enhanced load distribution and stability.

At the heart of the front steering skate is a precision turntable mounted on large-diameter axial ball bearings, allowing smooth and effortless steering via the heavy-duty towing bar. The rear skates are linked by an adjustable tie rod, keeping them perfectly parallel during movement and ensuring time-saving, accurate transport even over longer distances.

Manufactured from ductile graphite iron and finished with a durable powder coating, these heavy load moving systems are built to withstand harsh industrial environments. All connecting components are corrosion-resistant, and the modular construction allows quick disassembly for easy transport in service vehicles or small trucks.

The high-performance twin roller design significantly reduces rolling resistance — typically requiring only 1.5–2% of the applied load as start-up force (depending on floor and gradient conditions). Each roller is produced from abrasion-resistant elastic polyamide, offering excellent chemical resistance, quiet running, and protection of standard industrial floor surfaces.
