The Green Pin® Spring Pin ROV Shackle – GPROV5363 is a Grade 8 polar-quality alloy steel shackle designed for ROV and subsea lifting operations. Featuring a white-painted body and green-painted pin, it delivers exceptional visibility and strength in subzero underwater environments.

Description
The GPROV5363 Spring Pin ROV Shackle is specifically engineered for ROV, offshore, and subsea lifting operations in extreme polar conditions. Constructed from Grade 8 polar alloy steel, quenched and tempered, the shackle combines high tensile strength, ductility, and low-temperature impact resistance, making it ideal for operations in Arctic and sub-zero waters.
The white-painted body enhances underwater visibility, while the green-painted pin clearly identifies load-bearing components. Designed for in-line use only, the shackle is supplied without wires, allowing users to design custom wiring plans to meet specific subsea applications.
With a minimum breaking load of 5× W.L.L. and a temperature range spanning –60°C to +200°C, the GPROV5363 is suitable for subsea lifting, ROV rigging, and offshore installation operations.
