Description
The Green Pin® Heavy Duty Dee Shackle with Safety Nut and Bolt Pin (GPHDD) delivers unmatched strength, durability, and safety for the world’s most demanding lifting operations.
Constructed from Grade 8 alloy steel, quenched and tempered for optimal mechanical performance, each shackle features a silver-painted body with a green-painted safety bolt and nut, ensuring instant identification of load-bearing components and brand authenticity.
The safety nut and bolt pin system offers a secure, vibration-resistant locking mechanism, reducing the risk of accidental disassembly during critical lifting or load-bearing operations.
Fully conforming to ASME B30.26, each shackle is CE-marked and permanently stamped with the Working Load Limit (W.L.L.), material grade, manufacturer’s ID, size, and traceability code. The minimum breaking load (MBL) equals five times the W.L.L., ensuring an exceptional margin of safety.
With a temperature range of –40 °C to +200 °C, the GPHDD maintains structural integrity in extreme environmental and operational conditions.
