MezzBarriers 42.4 mm OD Safety / Pedestrian Barrier Assemblies offer a practical, durable and cost-effective solution for creating safe walkways and segregated industrial areas. Each assembly is supplied flat-packed, with all posts pre-assembled and rails precision-cut for quick installation. No welding or bending is required, allowing non-specialist labour to install systems rapidly and with complete accuracy.
The entire system is constructed from Safety Yellow thermoplastic-coated tube, paired with galvanised tube clamps and stainless-steel fixings, ensuring excellent visibility and long-term corrosion resistance for both indoor and outdoor applications. This makes the solution ideal for warehouses, factories, logistics centres and industrial sites requiring strong and dependable pedestrian safety infrastructure.

For sites requiring custom layouts, MezzBarriers also offers a wide range of Off the Shelf Railing Kits designed for full flexibility. These are available in both galvanised and Safety Yellow finishes and include end posts, middle posts, corner posts, ‘P’ end posts and pre-cut horizontal rails in various lengths.
Designed for quick assembly, these kits come in two tube sizes and include jig-aligned components for precision. Options include:
– Standard Twin Rail kits for level surfaces
– Deck-mounted mezzanine handrails with kick plate
– Side-mounted mezzanine handrails with kick plate
– Custom-built handrails for slopes, staircases, platforms, machine guarding and DDA-compliant installations (to quotation)
