The Mezz Barrier Titan Extra Large Pallet Gate – Standard Sizes is engineered for wide-load and multi-pallet handling on mezzanine floors and industrial platforms. Available in five standard inside widths and five standard inside depths, this heavy-duty, balanced-action gate provides reliable fall protection while allowing forklift or hoist loading. Built from galvanised or Safety Yellow coated steel and compliant with BS EN ISO 14122-3, the Titan XL gate offers a robust, low-maintenance safety solution for high-capacity loading areas.
Description
The Titan Extra Large Pallet Gate (Standard Range) is designed for operations requiring greater loading width and deeper platforms, such as bulk pallet handling, wide product loads, or multi-pallet staging. With standard inside widths up to 3.5 metres and inside depths up to 4.0 metres, this gate provides exceptional access capability while maintaining continuous edge protection.
The Titan’s balanced-action mechanism delivers smooth operation with minimal physical effort. All pivot points use maintenance-free nylon bushes, ensuring long service life and reducing downtime. Supplied partially dismantled for palletised shipment, the system installs easily using standard fixings.
Manufactured in galvanised steel (or with Safety Yellow thermoplastic-coated handrails), the Titan XL is durable, corrosion-resistant, and ideal for demanding warehouse, manufacturing, and logistics environments. All components are replaceable, CE marked and produced in accordance with BS EN ISO 14122-3:2016 mezzanine safety standards.
