The Mezz Barrier Delta Standard Low Headroom High Load Safety Pallet Gate is the ideal solution for mezzanine floors and raised working platforms where limited headroom and tall pallet loads traditionally prevent the use of standard swing-over safety gates. The Delta system has been engineered to provide a failsafe loading zone, ensuring operators remain protected from unguarded edges and moving loads at all times.
Its innovative pivoting mechanism lifts and lowers smoothly to accommodate pallet loads up to 2000mm high, while requiring only 2350mm overall system height, making it the go-to safety gate for low ceilings, overhead services, or restricted mezzanine areas.
Constructed from Safety Yellow thermoplastic (warm-to-touch) coated tube with galvanised steel components, the Delta gate offers high visibility, strong durability, and minimal maintenance. Nylon pivot bushes provide smooth movement and long service life, while the 100mm aluminium kick plate protects edge areas from accidental material displacement.
Available in five standard inside widths, 1500mm, 2000mm, 2500mm, 3000mm and 3500mm, the Delta model provides safe, reliable protection for a wide variety of pallet sizes and loading configurations.
