Description
The Green Pin Super® Bow Shackle with Fixed Nut Safety Pin (GPSUPFN) is a high-performance lifting shackle designed for demanding industrial, offshore, and heavy construction environments. Manufactured from Grade 8 quenched and tempered alloy steel, it offers a minimum breaking load five times the Working Load Limit (W.L.L.), ensuring long-term safety and reliability.
Its hot-dip galvanised finish (with painted options for models 150 t and above) provides outstanding corrosion resistance, while the fixed nut safety pin system offers maximum security against accidental loosening. The design includes an AISI 316 stainless-steel securing bolt drilled through both nut and pin, together with Nord-Lock® wedge-locking washers that remain secure under intense vibration or dynamic loading.
Every GPSUPFN shackle is CE-marked and permanently stamped with W.L.L., manufacturer ID, size, and traceability code for complete certification traceability.
