Description
The Green Pin® Sling Shackle Bow Type with Fixed Nut Safety Pin (GPSLFN) is engineered for critical lifting, rigging, and sling operations that demand maximum security and strength. The Grade 8 alloy steel body and pin are quenched and tempered to ensure outstanding mechanical performance, while the silver-painted body and green-painted pin provide corrosion resistance and easy identification.
This shackle design incorporates a fixed nut safety pin system, featuring an AISI 316 stainless-steel securing bolt drilled through both the nut and the pin for complete locking. The inclusion of Nord-Lock® wedge-locking washers ensures the assembly remains secure even under severe vibration or dynamic loading.
Every Green Pin® GPSLFN shackle is marked with CE, W.L.L., manufacturer’s ID, size, and traceability code, ensuring full compliance and traceability. It maintains a minimum breaking load of five times the Working Load Limit (W.L.L.), and performs reliably between –20 °C and +200 °C.
