The Green Pin® Heavy Duty Bow Shackle with Fixed Nut Safety Pin (GPHDBFN) is engineered for exceptional performance, safety, and longevity in critical lifting and rigging environments. Constructed from Grade 6 high-tensile quenched and tempered steel, the shackle conforms fully to ASME B30.26 standards and features a minimum breaking load equal to five times the Working Load Limit (W.L.L.).
The 120t model is hot-dip galvanised for superior corrosion protection, while 150t and above feature a silver-painted body with a green-painted pin for easy identification and long-term durability. Each unit includes a fixed nut and AISI 316 stainless-steel securing bolt drilled through both the nut and pin for a tamper-proof connection.
Equipped with Nord-Lock® wedge-locking washers, this shackle offers industry-leading resistance to vibration and dynamic loads — ensuring the nut remains tight even in the harshest offshore or construction conditions.
Ideal for marine lifting, offshore cranes, transport rigging, heavy industry, and structural operations, the GPHDBFN series is designed for operating temperatures from –40 °C to +200 °C and includes full traceability, CE marking, and global certifications.
