Its hot-dip galvanised finish provides excellent corrosion resistance, while the square sunken hole design ensures secure pin engagement. With certifications to BS EN 13889, ASME B30.26, and US Fed. Spec. RR-C-271, and a minimum breaking load of 6 × W.L.L., this shackle is ideal for industrial, rigging, and offshore lifting applications.
Description
The Green Pin® Square Sunken Hole Dee Shackle (GPSQSUD) delivers exceptional reliability and safety in lifting and rigging operations. Constructed from Grade 6 quenched and tempered high tensile steel, it provides robust strength with a minimum breaking load of 6 × W.L.L. The hot-dip galvanised finish ensures long-lasting protection against corrosion, making it suitable for harsh industrial and offshore environments.
Designed to meet international standards—BS EN 13889, ASME B30.26—and US Fed. Spec. RR-C-271 Grade A, each GPSQSUD shackle is fully traceable with CE marking, W.L.L., manufacturer ID, material grade, and serial number. Supplied with a separate key (E-4170) for easy pin removal, these shackles operate effectively across a temperature range of –20°C to +200°C.
Available in multiple configurations to suit different W.L.L. capacities, the GPSQSUD is trusted for applications ranging from light industrial lifting to heavy offshore rigging and structural operations. Certifications (2.1, 3.1, DoC) are available on request.
