Description
The Green Pin Super® Bow Shackle with Screw Collar Pin (GPSUPSC) sets a new standard for performance, efficiency, and reliability in lifting operations where quick, repeated use is required.
Manufactured from Grade 8 quenched and tempered alloy steel, the GPSUPSC shackle delivers a higher Working Load Limit (W.L.L.) than standard shackles of comparable size — all while maintaining a lightweight construction for easier handling.
Each shackle is hot-dip galvanised for maximum corrosion resistance and fitted with a screw collar pin for fast, secure connection. A unique chamfered shackle eye design conceals the screw thread, reducing wear on connected components such as chain, wire rope, or synthetic slings, thereby extending their service life.
Compliant with ASME B30.26 and the performance requirements of US Federal Specification RR-C-271 Type IVA, Class 3, Grade B, every Green Pin Super® shackle is precision-engineered for heavy-duty, repetitive lifting tasks in marine, offshore, and industrial environments.
The minimum breaking load (MBL) equals five times the W.L.L., ensuring a superior safety margin, and the temperature range of –20 °C to +200 °C supports reliable operation in diverse climates.
