Engineered for exceptional performance and safety, the Green Pin® Heavy Duty Bow Shackle with Safety Nut and Bolt Pin (GPHDB) sets the industry benchmark for ultra-heavy lifting.

Manufactured from Grade 8 quenched and tempered alloy steel, this shackle combines superior tensile strength with dependable ductility. Each unit features a silver-painted body and the signature green-painted safety bolt and nut, ensuring clear visual identification of the Green Pin® brand and load-rated components.

The safety nut and bolt pin system prevents accidental loosening under vibration or side-loading, offering a secure connection even in dynamic offshore, subsea, or construction environments.

The GPHDB conforms fully to ASME B30.26 and features a minimum breaking load equal to five times the Working Load Limit (MBL = 5 × WLL). All shackles are CE-marked and permanently stamped with W.L.L, material grade, manufacturer’s ID, size, and traceability code for complete compliance and traceability.

With a temperature range from –40 °C to +200 °C (≤ 600 t WLL), these heavy-duty shackles maintain structural integrity across harsh environments and extreme conditions.

Models 120 t ≤ WLL ≤ 600 t are available with or without LROS certification, and 700 t WLL and above are supplied with LROS as standard.
