The Mezz Barrier Gamma Standard Extra Wide Safety Pallet Gate is built for safe handling of large, wide or bulky loads on elevated platforms and mezzanine floors. Manufactured in the UK, this heavy-duty gate uses Safety Yellow thermoplastic-coated tubing and galvanised components for durability in high-traffic industrial environments.
The Gamma model supports four fixed inside widths, 2.0m, 2.5m, 3.0m and 3.5m, making it an ideal choice for operations that regularly handle wide pallets, stillages, oversized cartons or multi-stack loads. With a maximum load clearance height of 1800 mm (rising to approx. 2000 mm when pallets are pushed forward), it accommodates a broad range of goods found in warehousing, manufacturing and distribution.
A balanced mechanical action allows the gate to be opened and closed easily by a single operator, while its double-gate design ensures the mezzanine edge is always protected. This prevents fall risks during loading and unloading and maintains full compliance with BS EN ISO 14122-3:2016.
Constructed from galvanised tube clamps, stainless steel grub screws, nylon pivot bushes and a 6063 T6 aluminium kickplate, the Gamma gate is built for long service life with minimal maintenance.
