Description
The Camlok TKG-VHS Self Weight Balance Crane Forks provide a safe and versatile lifting solution for palletised loads, coils, rings, and various materials requiring crane transport. Equipped with adjustable tines and an adjustable mast height, these forks can be easily adapted for different pallet sizes and load configurations.
A key feature of the TKG-VHS series is the self-weight balancing system, which automatically tilts the tines upward when the fork assembly is lifted without a load. This prevents accidental slipping of materials during positioning or travel. When the load is set down, the balancing mechanism returns the lifting point to the unloaded position.
For correct operation, the applied load must exceed 20% of the working load limit. With a 4:1 safety factor, maintenance-free construction, and high-visibility finish, these crane forks are ideal for demanding industrial environments including construction, logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing.
Each unit is supplied complete with a load-securing chain, and the tines can be pushed together for efficient handling of coils or rings.
