Ideal for automotive repair shops, tire centres, and vehicle production environments, this gripper enables operators to lift and mount wheels quickly, precisely, and safely.
The Proportional Speed Handle (PSH) allows the operator to control lifting speed with precision, simply adjust pressure on the lever to achieve smooth, responsive movements. The wheel can be tilted 90° and rotated ±45°, allowing perfect alignment with axle bolt holes during mounting. Fine adjustments can also be made by hand for ultimate control.
The gripping fingers are easily adjustable to accommodate wheels of different diameters, between 600–840 mm, without the need for tools. This flexibility makes the wheel gripper suitable for a wide range of vehicles and wheel sizes.
