The gripper is designed with proportional speed control (PSH) for precise lifting movements and features a 90° tilt function, allowing operators to lift vertically stacked rolls from pallets and place them horizontally onto production machines. This flexibility makes it ideal for charcuteries, sausage manufacturers, and other food production lines requiring hygienic, efficient handling.
The self-balancing handlebar provides superior ergonomics, keeping the tool steady and easy to manoeuvre without unnecessary strain. Operators can handle rolls directly along the overhead crane system, maintaining smooth, controlled movement throughout the process.
The Sausage Skin Gripper works by expanding mechanically inside the core of the roll to achieve a firm and stable grip. When the roll is in place, the operator simply presses the release button to disengage.
