The Roll Gripper 89-12155 is a precision lifting tool designed for safe and efficient handling of rolls in manufacturing, packaging, and industrial environments. With a maximum capacity of 40 kg, the gripper uses an expanding shaft that grips the core of the roll, ensuring a secure hold without damaging the material.
Operators can easily lift rolls from horizontal to vertical positions, moving them from machines to pallets safely and ergonomically. The proportional speed control (PSH) enables smooth and precise lifting, while the tilt and rotation capabilities allow exact placement of rolls. Once the roll is safely positioned, the release button disengages the gripper quickly and reliably.
This gripper is adaptable for different roll sizes, provided the core diameter is consistent. Lifts All also offers custom roll grippers for other lifting methods, including external gripping for rolls that cannot be lifted with an expander.
