The Lifts All Gripper for Drums (89-12007) delivers safe, efficient, and hygienic vacuum lifting and handling for the pharmaceutical, food, beverage, and chemical industries. This pneumatically powered lifting system grips drums from the side and allows them to be lifted, tilted, and poured with ease and total control.
Equipped with proportional speed control (PSH), operators can fine-tune lifting speed for accuracy and comfort. Once elevated, the drum becomes virtually weightless, enabling smooth and effortless manoeuvring. The integrated steering-wheel tilt function allows controlled 180° pouring in either direction, preventing strain and improving operator ergonomics.
Engineered in stainless steel to meet Class 1 cleanroom standards, this vacuum drum gripper features smooth, crevice-free surfaces that are easy to clean and resistant to contamination. The FDA-approved vacuum cups ensure safe and hygienic contact with drums and barrels in regulated environments.
