Description

The Crosby G-2130 Bolt Type Anchor Shackle is designed to provide superior performance, safety, and traceability for critical lifting and rigging operations. Manufactured from forged, quenched, and tempered alloy steel, each shackle is permanently marked with its Working Load Limit (WLL) and Grade 6 rating, ensuring full compliance with global lifting standards.

Available in sizes from 3/16″ to 4″ (1/3 to 150 metric tons WLL), the G-2130 is hot-dip galvanized for enhanced corrosion resistance in marine and offshore environments. Smaller sizes (3/8″ and below) are mechanically galvanized for consistent finish and durability.

Each shackle is fatigue rated to 20,000 cycles at 1.5× WLL and suitable for operation from –40°F (–40°C) to 400°F (204°C), making it ideal for demanding offshore, subsea, and industrial applications.
Shackles 85 metric tons and above are individually proof tested to 2× WLL, while 3.1 certification is available as standard for selected capacities.

The G-2130 meets or exceeds ASME B30.26, Federal Specification RR-C-271, and ABS Marine Vessel Rules, with optional Type Approval certifications from ABS, DNV, and Lloyds available on request.
