Description
The Camlok® ACH Adjustable Horizontal Plate Clamps are engineered for horizontal lifting and transportation of large steel plates and plate bundles, making them ideal for fabrication shops, steel stockholders, heavy engineering facilities, and processing environments. These clamps must always be used in pairs, with the working load limit (WLL) applying per pair.
A key advantage of the ACH series is its large adjustable jaw opening, which enables the clamps to adapt to a wide variety of plate thicknesses. Adjustment is achieved via a simple, robust ratchet mechanism, allowing quick setup and secure grip during lifting operations.
The clamps are service-friendly, with easily replaceable parts available, ensuring long operational life. To maintain safety and performance, all repairs must be carried out by trained personnel. When lifting larger plates, the use of a spreader beam is recommended to ensure proper load distribution.
Suitable for use with a two-legged chain sling (not supplied), the ACH clamps provide reliable, heavy-duty handling with WLL capacities ranging from 1300–10000 kg.
