The Camlok® 92 Series Plate Clamps are high-performance lifting solutions designed for safe vertical handling and controlled 180° rotation of sheet steel, plate stock, profiles, and fabricated components. Models up to 500 kg feature a positive spring-loaded cam for fast, automatic engagement, while larger models utilise a locking lever mechanism for precise opening and closing. In all variations, a spring-loaded safety lock prevents accidental jaw opening, even when the clamp is not under load.

The clamp’s self-actuating cam design ensures a secure hold throughout the lift. A spring provides the initial bite on the material; if any slippage occurs, the cam rotates with the plate, increasing clamping pressure automatically. The sloping-slot design enhances grip when the clamp is used from the horizontal position—an advantage over many alternative clamp types.
